How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and tap Delete account. It removes your account and everything attached to it right away. The privacy policy lists exactly what is removed.

Can I bring my workouts from another app?

Yes. Use Import workouts to bring in your history from other apps and spreadsheets.

Can I bring my food diary from MyFitnessPal?

Yes. Palestra can import your MyFitnessPal food diary.

How is my data used?
